Did not get to use them as it was too difficult to get an agent. You will pretty much need to talk to them on their time when it's convenient for them rather than on your time when convenient for you.

Hudson Ramsay was our insurance representative. He was very knowledgeable, nice and responsive! We saved a lot of money going through Quote Texas Insurance over the competitor's insurance agencies!

One of the things I hate most is dealing with insurance providers but Jannette made my experience amazing. She was so knowledgeable and patient with all questions I had. She went above and beyond to make sure that I understood all the information that she provided me with. I genuinely appreciate the level of customer service and comfort that I received. I started using Quote Texas in 2018. They have always taken care of me and all my commercial insurance needs. Im hard to reach and they always find a way to make sure I’m aware of everything going on and renewals. They’ve recently updated their software to have a client Portal which makes everything so easy to manage. Jannette walked me through setting up/using the client portal and she was so great! She was very thorough and answered all my silly questions! We would definitely recommend Quote Texas!

We have relied on Quote Texas for our insurance needs for years. They do a great job! They carry our auto, general liability, property and worker's comp insurance. Shane, Baylie and the team are always available via phone or email. They're quick to respond. I recently renewed a couple of these policies and Baylie handled everything for me. Baylie was so helpful reaching out to the insurance companies and getting all the documents finalized such as COI's to vendors, etc. Taking that off my plate is a huge help!
